About This Product

Aluminum foil laminated sheet "SUNWAY ALFA-D®". 100KHz to 1GHz>100dB, non-flammable and flexible sheet. This will contribute to reducing construction costs. It has been widely used as a radio wave shielding material for construction.

■Features

・Shielding performance of over 100dB when used alone ・Nonflammable material certification number: NM-4494 ・Economical material cost (competitive in price with commercially available shield building materials) ・Economical construction cost (Since it is attached to a flat surface with a tacker or adhesive, there is no need for dangerous and skilled soldering or welding work.In large spaces, construction costs can be reduced compared to conventional methods.) ・Extensive delivery record (used in domestic and international broadcasting stations, government offices, corporate/university laboratories, medical institutions, etc.)

■Standards & Performance

・Size: Width 1,000mm x 30m roll - Guide lines on the sheet surface (square lines are printed at 100mm intervals for overlap and convenience when cutting.) Material composition

■Multi-layered aluminum foil

The front and back sides of the sheet are conductors. Even if one side is destroyed during construction, the foil on the other side will remain, so the shielding effect will not be affected significantly.

■Flexible

The sheet is flexible and easy to work with. It can be used on uneven surfaces as it freely follows the shape of the adherend.

■Easy joint treatment

・Use aluminum flame-retardant conductive adhesive tape on top of the edges. Five layers of foil allow for advanced shielding effects. - Fold and tack the edges together. The joints have a flexible structure that follows the shaking of the building. This is a construction method that can only be done with flexible sheet materials.
