About This Product

Rack Scaffold® (NETIS old registration number: SK-050011-V, Japanese patent granted)" is a mobile suspended scaffold whose track is two rack rails attached to a structure. After installing the rack scaffolding movable floor, the only work required is to extend the rack rails, which will serve as the tracks, making it possible to significantly shorten the construction period for scaffolding. Additionally, when extending the rack rail, workers must always work within the handrail, increasing safety during construction. In multi-span bridges, it is also possible to move beyond the piers. In recent years, taking advantage of these features, we have been using it for constructing new bridges, inspecting and repairing existing bridges, and finishing ceilings of large buildings. ■Examples of workplaces where characteristics can be demonstrated

・The shape of the required scaffold is a rectangle that is especially long in one direction (the shape allows the travel rail to be longer than the width of the scaffold). ・Although the scope of work using scaffolding is vast, only a small amount of scaffolding area is required for one job. - Want to reduce the time required to install scaffolding on intersections (installation of scaffolding on railways, expressways, etc.). - We want to minimize the possibility of damage to crossing properties during storms or large-scale disasters (installation of scaffolding on railways, expressways, etc.). ・We want to minimize the impact on navigating vessels by moving the scaffolding (normal scaffolding would violate the navigation route limits). - You want to reduce the weight of the scaffolding (such as when installing the scaffolding on the exterior work vehicle of a long bridge). - Want to reduce the amount of scaffolding materials transported. ・Scaffolding needs to be quickly installed and dismantled in places where the bucket of a bridge inspection vehicle cannot reach (such as wide bridges or mainline bridges with service bridges on both sides). ・Reducing the number of scaffolding hangers (improving the efficiency of pasting anti-peeling sheets, etc.) - You want to move scaffolding across bridge piers (multi-span bridges in rivers, etc.). ・Construction is difficult with other scaffolding methods.
