About This Product

Our most basic model is the kneading-vacuum extrusion machine. From small machines to large machines, from fine ceramics to cement building materials, we can provide specifications that fully meet the needs of users according to their purpose and application. This is a molding method in which plastic and fluid clay is extruded into a uniform shape by using a screw to deaerate the clay or force it into a tipped mold under normal pressure. Generally speaking, this is the most advantageous forming method for continuous mass production of the same cross-sectional shape. Examples of uses of the kneading-vacuum extrusion machine include exhaust gas filters (honeycombs), substrates for electronic components (sheets), base materials for fuel cells (pipes and hollow plates), materials for carbide drills (round bars), and building materials. Used for mass production of siding boards (cement hollow boards). The clay that is introduced is ``powder with certain characteristics'', mixed with various binders and aqueous solutions at high speed, and then kneaded to create a clay with plasticity and fluidity. Kneading-Vacuum extrusion molding machine continuously supplies clay to the vacuum chamber by rotating the upper screw. In the vacuum chamber, the material is divided into shapes that can be easily degassed and continuously supplied to the lower stage, where it is pumped to the tip mold by the rotation of the lower stage screw.
