About This Product

■Record directly to the drive recorder body

This is a drive recorder that records data directly to a storage device that uses eMMC (Embedded Multi Media Card) flash memory built into the main unit. It does not use a microSD card like traditional drive recorders. Furthermore, it has a large capacity of 64GB, so you can record for a long time.

■Since it is built into the main unit, it is less likely to break down in the event of an accident, making it safe.

When SD cards are subjected to strong impacts, they can sometimes cause contact failure, making it impossible to capture footage of important moments. The eMMC method adopted by the AN-R092 is an [industrial embedded multimedia card] that is used in smartphones and tablet PCs. Because it records directly to the main unit without using a microSD card, the risk of failure is greatly reduced.

■eMMC has a long lifespan

eMMC can be used much longer than the lifespan of a microSD card. While a typical microSD card has a lifespan of about one year, eMMC has a lifespan of approximately 20 years*, which is 20 times longer. You have to replace the microSD card once a year, but with eMMC you don't have to worry about replacing it, and it is economically advantageous. *When used for driving approximately 14 hours a week, when the front and rear camera image quality is set to FHD image quality.

■Equipped with STARVIS (front camera) for vivid images at night

The front camera is equipped with a high-performance CMOS image sensor "STARVIS", so you can record beautiful images even at night.
