The fine grooves on the attack tray solve the problem of wobbling and enable more precise model making. What's more, by combining it with an electric cutter, you can achieve safer and more reliable model division.

■Features

・Ideal for CAD/CAM work ・Fine grooves on the front teeth that are compatible with the mandibular front teeth prevent mesio-distal wobbling and achieve more precise workability. -One-touch magnetic mount ensures speedy and reliable workability. ・The stop taper allows you to easily remove the other dental models while leaving only the abutment teeth, making trimming on the tray easier and more accurate. ・Due to the wide design of the molar part, there are two types, L and M, to follow everything. - The metal plate on the back of the tray is secured with screws, eliminating the worry of it falling off.

■Attack tray working process

・Applying gypsum separation material: Our gypsum separation material Tracep is a spray type, so just spray it on. ・Attach the former and pour plaster: Attach the attack tray former and pour bonding stone, noble rock, attack rock, etc. ・Apply bonding stone: Apply bonding stone to the flat tooth model. Chowa's original ultra-hard adhesive plaster developed to easily adhere plaster to plaster. ・Place and bond: Bonding stone makes it easy to adhere ・Dividing with an electric cutter: When using the attack tray cutter, you can safely and easily divide the model parallel by simply pressing it against the model table and sliding downward while maintaining a 45 degree angle. ・Separation: Complete the work by separating the abutment tooth ・The finish is extremely accurate even when the multi-tooth model returns after division.
