About This Product

AKL series LED drivers have built-in active power factor correction (PFC) and phase dimming decoding functions, and are compatible with both positive-phase and anti-phase dimmers. Additionally, products with a built-in PWM (digital) dimming interface can be dimmed using an externally input PWM signal. We customize and provide semi-standard products within the specifications. We can provide custom products with a voltage range of 3 to 9V in small quantities. Other modifications include phase and PWM to completely turn off the light when dimming is minimized. Furthermore, it is possible to modify the output voltage setting range to a wide range (for example, VF=18 to 36V).

■Full range dimming performance

To achieve flicker-free full-range dimming, the triac chopper circuit decodes the processed waveform and converts it to a DIM signal. It also has a filter circuit that simulates the resistive load of incandescent lamps, etc. according to the dimming angle. It offers 100:1 full-range dimming performance, allowing stepless dimming from full brightness to barely perceptible brightness. It also provides constant current for multiple LED strings in series from standard line voltage.

■Various customization

In addition to customizing the external shape of the device, you can also customize the output current (MAX, MIN) value, output current fine adjustment function, customized filters that match each dimmer, inrush current suppression, PWM & analog dimming, support for S-type embedded devices, etc. Masu.

■Patented insulation control

The patented isolated control architecture allows series LEDs to be lit and dimmed while isolated from commercial power (e.g. 100V AC). This improves safety, increases the degree of freedom in LED placement, and allows outdoor placement, contributing to the expansion of LED lighting applications.
