About This Product

Coolspool29 is a Portable Aircraft Start Unit with an output voltage of 26V DC. This aircraft starter is widely used on large twin turbine aircraft and helicopters where additional ampere/hour capacity is required to maintain voltage at load. Compared to 24V DC starters of the same capacity, Coolspool29 offers significantly higher performance, resulting in faster spool-up and cold starts that directly impact turbine life.

This aircraft starter is designed to be carried on board for emergency power or turbine starting, and features an automatic three-stage internal charger to maximize cell life. Coolsopool29 is equipped with a digital voltmeter with a "push to view" button to monitor battery voltage. A spring-loaded output cover allows this aircraft starter to be transported by air.

Comes with a Nato lead set, charging leads, and a durable canvas protective jacket.
