About This Product

■Summary

We can handle high-temperature heating of any surface shape (size, flat surface, 3D surface) easily, reliably, and with short delivery times. Our conventional products have been good at spot heating and linear heating, but in many cases we were unable to give appropriate advice when it came to sheet heating at high temperatures. This is because planar heating objects come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and standard off-the-shelf heaters cannot be used, so they all have to be custom-made. Custom-made products had long delivery times and high costs. Moreover, since each product had to be designed and manufactured from scratch, it was easy for problems to occur due to design errors or assembly errors due to inexperienced manufacturing operations. Therefore, by preparing small standard block panel heaters that can heat a small area at high temperatures, and arranging them in the required quantity and appropriately according to the application, we can quickly respond to any heating request. I made it possible.

■Summary of features

・The same heater unit can handle everything from small heating devices of a few kilowatts to huge heating devices of several thousand kilowatts. ・Standard product suitable for all applications. Therefore, it has short delivery time, low cost, high reliability, and easy embedded design. - Compatible with any power supply voltage. 200v and 400v power supplies can be used even for ultra-high power. ・Since voltage can be adjusted on a unit-by-unit basis, fine temperature distribution control is also possible.
