About This Product

The standard line heater "LHW-55/f25/L" type is a line-shaped condensing heating unit using halogen lamp heating. It aims for the highest performance as a line condensing heating unit with a mirror width of 55 mm and a focal length of 25 mm, and consists of a deep elliptical mirror that wraps around to the reverse curve area. It also supports high output, making it possible to output approximately twice as high as conventional heating units of this type (H18 type, per unit length). In order to reliably and efficiently achieve high-temperature heating, a little ingenuity is required along with the selection of a heater. Please also consider "cavity heating method" etc. The linear condensing type is not only used for linear heating. The entire workpiece can be heated by placing it on the conveyor and irradiating it with a line heater. Also, by shifting the focus position, it is possible to heat with a wider range of width. Can be manufactured in the range of 100 to 2,000 mm. This is the latest improved version of the NIL type line heater, which has a proven track record as an optical heating device for industrial and research purposes. 　 It supports approximately twice the high output of conventional products. The standard input is about 1kw per 100mm mirror, but the maximum input is about 2kw. (For L=280, the standard product is 2kw, but the maximum input is 5kw. (A φ18 quartz tube can be used for the lamp.) For H18 type) This is more than twice the output of conventional heaters of this type, and is probably the strongest in the world. The overwhelming power of this heater allows you to easily perform various heating tasks that were previously impossible. It has extremely high-precision optical performance, and the focal width is a sharp line with a width of approximately 2 mm to 4 mm. It is also possible to heat with a width by moving it away from the focal point (approximately uniform heating up to a width of 10 mm) The focusing width varies depending on the lamp used. The heating width is approximately the diameter of the heating element (filament) of the lamp used. However, depending on the definition, the heating width may differ even for the same product. The definition here is expressed as the width of the scorch when white paper is scorched by irradiation.
