About This Product

The offline model is compatible with the long-awaited automatic paper feeding (winding) mechanism. By setting detailed programs for polishing angle, number of times, and rotation direction as desired, it is possible to polish a chrome surface with a uniform radial pattern. It is effective in stabilizing the printability of printing machines and significantly reduces printing defects. There are also cases of good results with printing of 200,000 m. Equipped with auxiliary equipment as standard for cylinder attachment/detachment work, even beginners can easily handle large, heavy cylinders. In recent years, domestic gravure printing jobs with a lot length of 10,000 m or more are becoming limited to a limited number of jobs. In this situation, 8μm chrome plating is considered excessive. Furthermore, according to our experimental results, even on a plate (white) with 200,000 m of printing, the amount of wear of the 4 μm chrome plating is less than 0.1 μm. The doctor blade smoothes the polishing marks caused by paper polishing and makes them no longer visible.
