■Product features

This is a polishing film developed using a special manufacturing method, mainly for use in the automobile repair industry, and produces extremely uniform polishing marks equivalent to No. 3,000. Especially on dark-colored cars, by adjusting and polishing the P1500 to P2000 polishing marks that were applied during dust removal, the time and effort required for buffing can be greatly reduced. In addition to the automobile repair industry, it is used in a wide range of industries such as the mirror finishing process of painting and the resin processing industry due to its durability and good finish.

Finished with uniform polishing marks and prevents deep scratches, greatly shortening post-processing. Significant reduction in work effort and work time for compounding work.

■Significant time and effort reduction for skin adjustment and finishing

Example of work process using Super Bufflex Green/Black. Since it is a dry-sharpening type that allows you to visually check the polishing condition of the paint film without getting the painted surface wet, it is easy and convenient to adjust the skin and erase the dust removal area. In addition, there is no need to spend time wiping or cleaning with sharpening water, so you can expect to improve work efficiency. Fine-grained compounds have weak abrasive power, so it takes a lot of time and effort to adjust the skin. In addition, adjusting the skin with a coarse compound will result in harsh buff marks, and it will take time to erase the harsh buff marks even after applying the compound. Super Bafflex Green allows you to quickly adjust your skin to match the new car paint surface, from removing a little paint to removing a lot of paint, and halve the work effort and time needed to recreate the new car paint skin. It can be shortened by 1/3.

Example of work process using Super Bufflex Blue/Black. Work efficiency can be improved by using different tools depending on the work, such as paint color, blinding/finish polishing area, paint used, and roughness of polishing when removing dust. Super Bufflex Blue/Black has a uniform polishing pattern that prevents deep scratches, so by applying a light compound, you can erase it without creating harsh buffing marks. Therefore, by using Super Baflex Blue/Black to cover the dust removal area, you can reduce the labor and time by 1/2 to 1/3 compared to the conventional method.
