About This Product

■Product features

This is a pad for Super Assilex seats. Made of sponge material, soft and thin, it is effective for polishing curved surfaces, uneven areas, and edge areas. L is the pad for seat size.

■Flexibility

It has excellent flexibility and can be polished to fit any shape such as uneven parts, reverse R parts, edges etc.

■No polishing marks remain

Because the polishing marks are uniform and do not cause deep scratches, no polishing marks remain during post-process erasing, finishing, and painting.

■Sustainability of cutting

Compared to conventional coated abrasive paper, there is less clogging and the cutting power is much better.

■Efficient polishing

Since it can be polished with a soft touch, areas that were previously sanded by hand can now be polished efficiently with a sander.

■Polishing with dry sanding

Since it can be polished by dry sanding, you can check the polished surface while working. (Water sharpening is also possible)

■Preventing scratches

Because it is a soft material, it does not crack or shed particles at the folds, so it does not get deep scratches and has excellent durability.

■Polishing with less burr

When polishing non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper, and resins such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and polycarbonate, it is possible to polish with less burrs, burrs, and fuzz.

■Suitable for wood processing work

It can also be used for wood polishing, sanding sealer polishing, and blinding and final polishing before buffing on painted surfaces.
