About This Product

■Processing technology KIDF-2065-100 that can polish workpieces of a wide variety of shapes

We have developed a polishing device that can handle a wide variety of shapes by applying conventional film polishing technology to allow access to the inner and outer diameter parts and by replacing the tip attachment. Furthermore, by incorporating a rotating mechanism for the polishing head, it is now possible to approach corner R surfaces and tapered areas.

■Features

・It is possible to press the polishing head against the polishing surface of the workpiece at the optimal angle. ・Inner diameter polishing is possible for φ20 to 65 mm by replacing the tip attachment. ・The polishing head can be swung up to 90 degrees, allowing for polishing to the edge.

■Main polishing parts

・Inside and outside of the shaft ・Tapered part (shaft) ・Corner R surface of shaft parts ・Side part of shaft parts

■Aiming to improve work efficiency, improve surface roughness, and fully automate work

The polishing method using polishing film does not require any skill, so processing time can be shortened, a uniform finish can be obtained, and automation can be achieved. In order to further technologically innovate and develop polishing films, and to further simplify the polishing process, we are actively developing polishing machine technology to meet all needs.

■Why tape polishing is chosen?

Processing using tape polishing, in which a fine abrasive material is evenly applied to the film base material, allows processing to be performed on a new polished surface at any time by feeding out the polishing tape at any time during processing of the workpiece. Since the machine is always machined with a new polished surface, it is easier to maintain a uniform polished surface without clogging. In addition, the processing environment can be selected from wet or dry polishing, allowing for optimal polishing depending on the material.

■Multi-functional tape polishing device KIDF-2065-100

Equipped with a rotation mechanism for the polishing head, this device is capable of polishing not only the outer circumferential surface of cylindrical objects, but also corner R surfaces and tapered parts. In addition, by replacing the tip attachment, it is now possible to polish the inner diameter.
