About This Product

■Aim of 3DTF-200 development

A more advanced "workpiece contour following type" film polishing method that makes full use of the conventional film polishing method from all angles and allows the contact roller to be pressed not only to the outer periphery of the cylindrical object but also to the contour of the workpiece at an optimal angle. has been developed. In addition, complete automation has been achieved by using a robot arm to supply and discharge workpieces.

■Features

・It is possible to press the polishing head against the polishing surface of the workpiece at the optimal angle. ・A wide range of polishing processes is possible by rotating two types of contact rollers. ・The polishing head can be swung up to 135 degrees, allowing polishing from the end surface to the opposite surface. ・The entire workpiece can be polished by automatically reversing the direction of the workpiece.

The polishing method using polishing film does not require any skill, so processing time can be shortened, a uniform finish can be obtained, and automation can be achieved. ■Why tape polishing is chosen?

Processing using tape polishing, in which a fine abrasive material is evenly applied to the film base material, allows processing to be performed on a new polished surface at any time by feeding out the polishing tape at any time during processing of the workpiece. Since the machine is always machined with a new polished surface, it is easier to maintain a uniform polished surface without clogging. In addition, the processing environment can be selected from wet or dry polishing, allowing for optimal polishing depending on the material.
