About This Product

■General-purpose polishing equipment that finishes the surface of shaft parts with high quality NCRF type super finisher

This is an NC film super-finish polishing device that can stably obtain uniform surface roughness by selecting the polishing film according to the purpose of polishing. It can handle a wide variety of workpieces with simple operations. In addition, we have adopted measures that save energy, save space, and reduce environmental impact.

・Supports finishing of various types of workpieces using NC control ・Simplification of workability for changing setup of mechanical parts ・Easy to replace polishing film ・It is also possible to automatically supply and discharge workpieces.

■Main polishing parts

The polishing method using polishing film does not require any skill, so processing time can be shortened, a uniform finish can be obtained, and automation can be achieved. In order to further technologically innovate and develop polishing films, and to further simplify the polishing process, we are actively developing polishing machine technology to meet all needs.

■Why tape polishing is chosen?

Processing using tape polishing, in which a fine abrasive material is evenly applied to the film base material, allows processing to be performed on a new polished surface at any time by feeding out the polishing tape at any time during processing of the workpiece. Since the machine is always machined with a new polished surface, it is easier to maintain a uniform polished surface without clogging. In addition, the processing environment can be selected from wet or dry polishing, allowing for optimal polishing depending on the material.

■NCRF type super finisher

This is a device that polishes the outer periphery of cylindrical objects such as shafts and rollers. By selecting the type and particle size of the abrasive tape, it is possible to obtain the desired surface roughness relatively easily. Additionally, by simplifying setup work and polishing tape replacement, it is possible to reduce the burden on workers and improve operating rates.
