About This Product

■Product features

・Precise polishing is possible by using a film with a flatter surface and more uniform thickness than paper or cloth. ・Used with a roll, it continuously supplies new polished surfaces and achieves automatic polishing with a uniform finish. ・Both dry and wet polishing is possible.

■Maist film/electrostatic coating method

Maist Film uses a first layer of adhesive applied to the PET base material to fix the abrasive grains using static electricity, and a second layer of adhesive to prevent grains from falling off. Due to its electrostatic properties, the cutting edges of the abrasive particles are aligned, resulting in excellent cutting performance.

■Applications

Surface polishing of various substrates, various shaft polishing for automobiles, roller polishing for OA equipment, polishing of paint films, etc.
