About This Product

■Product features

- Fine abrasive particles are evenly distributed and coated using a special binder resin, so there are no deep scratches and no uneven polishing. Highly accurate smoothness and super finishing can be obtained. - Polyester film is used for the base, making it resistant to water and oil, and wet polishing is also possible. *Do not use aromatic solvents such as thinner. - The base polyester film has tensile strength and durability against tearing, and can be automatically polished by machine and mass-produced, and quality control is easy.

■Rapica/Roller application method

Rapika mixes abrasive particles with a special binder, disperses the abrasive particles uniformly, and controls the thickness of the PET base material for precise coating. This work is done in the coating room. The precision coating method allows for a reproducible super finish without causing deep scratches.
