In particular, we have the most frequently used 1.00 to 2.50 mm pitch parts for connectors and terminals that can be produced using our fully automatic machines.

Normally, insertion work is mainly done by hand, so problems such as wiring errors and missing pins are likely to occur, but mass production is carried out using fully automatic insertion equipment, so you can rest assured. In addition, one of our specialties is wire harnesses with single-sided connector soldering, which are widely used in electronic components with a focus on 2, 3, and 4 pins. As with both sides, mass production is performed using fully automatic insertion equipment.

The standard solder is lead-free solder (M705 manufactured by Senju Metal Co., Ltd.). In addition, for the gaming machine market, we offer our own wires with short markings that comply with industry requirements.
