About This Product

■Features

The C551SSAZ is the latest fully automatic crimping machine that has shortened start-up time, stabilized quality, and increased processing speed compared to the old model C551SZ. By creating a unique operating environment, the startup time from power on is dramatically reduced. By distinguishing the blades for cutting, tip stripping, and rear edge stripping, we have made it possible to further stabilize the quality of the part where the coating is stripped and increase processing speed. In addition to the conventional spraying mechanism, the coating dregs are also less likely to be scattered by suction.

■CFM crimp force monitor

A load cell mounted on the ram of the crimp unit measures the exact crimp force for each terminal crimp. Since all angles are controlled by encoders, measurement timing does not change regardless of voltage fluctuations.

■CHA crimp height automatic regeneration mechanism

Crimp quality is controlled by crimp height. Since crimp force is related to crimp height, the C551SSAZ automatically adjusts crimp force (crimp height) when a crimp force value is specified. You can save settings with the memory function.

■One machine from thin to thick lines

Castagnon covers a wide range of wire sizes from #32 to #12. Processing that previously required 3 to 4 machines can now be done with just one machine.

■Ease of use + easy operation

Large, easy-to-read full-color LCD touch panel. The interactive picture panel supports six languages: Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Indonesian.
