It is possible to install a wide range of large troughs that are not possible with other companies' linear feeders. It is possible to supply products under the most common transport conditions with the KFL series, which not only transports products forward, but also uses vibration to scatter and break them apart. The vibration also has half-wave drive characteristics, so the amplitude is large and the workpiece can be transported.

By installing a constant amplitude sensor, metal springs can prevent vibration errors in environments with large temperature changes, and using glass fiber springs is also excellent against changes in environmental temperature.
■Trough shape
It is possible to design a trough up to 2 to 3 times the size of the vibrator. It can be sent to downstream processes smoothly without uneven transportation.
