About This Product
■Summary
Anyone can easily control the input using a scanner and electronic key. Prevent human error. It can be used to prevent foreign materials from getting mixed into the material tank and for other error prevention mechanisms.
■Block human error
Control the electronic lock with a simple 3-step operation using the QR code of the worker ID and material number. The electronic key will not be opened until the verification process is completed. This system is equipped with an image registration function in addition to a physical lock function. If you register a photo, the image will be displayed at the final confirmation.

■Manage multiple tanks with one unit
From the operation of one material tank, electronic key control can be performed for up to 8 tanks (stockers, etc.). Expansion after installation is also easy. Just add an electronic key and connect it to the system.
■Features
・Since the operation is simple, just scan verification and confirmation, even inexperienced users can use it right away. Assists in standardization of work.
- Images of materials can be registered, allowing for visual confirmation. Add comments to images and use them to assist workers
- Reads the worker's ID and associates it with the work log. This makes it possible to utilize data such as eliminating the need for daily reports and traceability.
-Equipped with a timer to check if you forget to close the door. A screen alert & warning sound will sound, and matching operations will be locked until you close it.

・Password protection: Prevent data tampering by setting an administrator password.
・Tank material assignment: Register the material code that matches the material tank used. Here you can also set a counter to prevent you from forgetting to close the door.
・CSV output: By connecting a USB memory to the main unit's USB port, you can output the main unit's built-in log in CSV with a specified period.
