The work instructions read by a barcode reader are automatically switched according to the work.
・Work instructions: Display the work instruction contents registered in the Excel instruction sheet
・Image: Registered drawing display
・Function button: Used to interrupt work or advance or reverse work.
・Tool, remaining battery level: ID of the tool in use and remaining battery level of the sensor
・Various counters: Tightening count up to specified number, repeat count up to production number
・Various information: Displays the worker, product type, and serial number read before starting work.
■You can start with existing tools
・Attach IoT transmission device to existing tools
・Attach the receiver and app dongle to a PC with Excel installed.
-Register work procedures in the included Excel setting sheet. If you have an image, register the file path as well.
・When using a QR code scanner, issue a QR code for the person in charge and work instructions.
■Work flow
・Scan the worker QR code with a barcode reader
・Next, scan the QR code of the work instruction content.
・Instruction information that matches the scan content will appear on the screen.
・Select the tool according to the loaded information and start working
・When working with a tool, a tightening signal is sent and the instructions on the screen change.
・Continue working until no further instructions are given. A series of operations are recorded as a log
