About This Product

■U-Port- Ultra-compact USB-connected NC data input/output device.
・By simply attaching it to the RS232C interface of an NC machine tool, you can easily input and output NC data stored in a USB memory.

■Easy inputAll you have to do is copy the NC data created with CAD/CAM etc. to a USB memory and connect the U-Port to the NC on site. After that, you can input NC data by performing input operations from the NC. Of course, DNC operation is also possible. Since it is a large-capacity USB memory, there is no need to worry about data capacity like with floppy input/output devices. Transfer speeds are also faster than floppy devices.

■Request input Request from the NC operation panel.If there are multiple files in the USB memory, you need to select the desired file. This request function allows you to select the desired file by creating a simple call command by editing NC and outputting it.
