About This Product

■NC communication software (multi) M-Links

While G-Links is a single-type communication software, this software is a highly efficient multi-type that can simultaneously communicate NC data from multiple units (up to 32 units connected). Communication operations can be performed from the control panel of the NC device, and there is no need to learn special operations. It can be used immediately after installation is completed. Also, since it is compatible with networks, data such as CADCAM can be easily transferred. Of course, it can also be directly connected to recent server-mounted NC devices, and the communication protocol can be set for each line to support different types of NC devices.

・Up to 32 connected NCs (channels) ・Remote operation (from NC operation panel) ・Schedule transmission ・Repeat transmission ・Start sending from the specified address ・Communication log management (save as file) ・Protocol settings for each channel ・Data editing/simulation (standard)

■System construction diagram (wireless specifications)

Wireless connection between PC and protocol converter. There is no need to run LAN cables throughout the factory, and there is no need for cable installation work, so cost reductions can be expected. In addition, even if machine tools in the factory need to be rearranged, they can be easily moved.
