With only hoses and no check valves in the lines, Graco's SoloTech peristaltic pumps are ideal for transferring materials that other pumps cannot handle. Fluids that are abrasive or corrosive, fluids that are susceptible to shearing, and fluids that contain gas can be transferred or divided into appropriate amounts depending on the application.
■Features
・Efficient pump operation: Materials can be transferred with only one rotation per rotation of one roller, greatly reducing the burden on the hose and improving the life of the hose.
・Reduced maintenance costs: No valves, seals, or shaft seals
- Capable of reversing operation: Reversing operation is possible to empty the inside of the pipe or remove clogged raw materials.
・Improved hose life: Since there is only one roller that handles the hose, the hose pump only needs to be handled once per rotation.
