About This Product

This contributes to reducing breakdowns, increasing the energy efficiency of equipment, and creating a quiet and clean environment.

■Features

- Shutoff operation technology (patent pending) prevents pump failure due to pipe clogging or closed valves. ・Energy-efficient electric drive reduces energy consumption by up to 1/5 compared to conventional air-driven diaphragm pumps ・Seal-less design prevents liquid leakage and failure due to dry running

■Preventing bacterial growth

PTFE/EPDM overmolded diaphragm has PTFE overmolded on the liquid contact surface and EPDM overmolded on the air surface. This increases wear resistance, durability and cleanability, making SaniForce diaphragm pumps one of the easiest to clean.

■Summary

- No exposure of the diaphragm plate on the liquid contact surface, improving wear resistance and diaphragm life. - Improves diaphragm life in moderate wear applications where PTFE is required.
