About This Product

■Accurate and highest efficiency

The Z Pump is compatible with Graco's metering and mixing dispense systems for sealants and adhesives, including electric fixed-ratio EFR and hydraulic HFR, for use in a variety of applications with two-component materials.

■Features

- Precise structure provides high on-ratio performance, and multiple ratio settings are also possible (optional). -Positive flow technology provides a stable flow rate for high viscosity materials that require precise output. - Adopts a wear-resistant coating and easy-to-replace seals, reducing repair time. ・When combined with EFR or HFR, closed-loop pressure and flow control allows for precise precision delivery even at low flow rates and small volumes. Select the pump and material according to the application

■Severe duty model

Made from chrome-plated stainless steel or carbon steel, models with severe duty technology are ideal for transporting durable, non-abrasive materials. Suitable for low to high flow applications such as silicones, urethanes, epoxies, sealants, adhesives, and expanded foams. Series: S1, S3, S4

■Elite model

Models with Elite Technology offer the highest level of durability against thermally conductive materials (TIMs) and other abrasive materials. Featuring wear-resistant seals and pump components, they offer low maintenance costs and best-in-class longevity. Series: S5, S8 *Other product numbers are available.
