■Sasamata's nose pads are manufactured and sold not only to local eyewear manufacturers, but also to wholesalers and general retailers.There are various types of nose pads for glasses. The basic type is the screw type, but there are also special types such as the one-touch type, caulking type, and the dowel type. In recent years, silicone pads and metal (titanium) pads have also been used to treat rough skin.

This pad is a "plug-in type". Primarily used on Western frames, this type of pad is designed for people with taller noses and tends to be a poor fit for Asian nose shapes. The soft-in pad has a curved surface and a wider area so that even people with short noses can wear glasses comfortably.
