- Equipped with a special super-diffusion lens developed by Okano Denki Co., Ltd., this lens LED module achieves even light with a small number of pieces, especially for medium- to large-sized signboards.
- Can withstand high-demand specifications such as IP67 waterproof specification, which is especially advantageous for outdoor installations such as large signboards.
・With domestic design, domestic manufacturing, and domestic support, this lens LED module is suitable for Japanese signage production.
■In-house developed super-diffusion special lens
Light is distributed evenly even with a recommended signboard thickness of 150mm and a pitch of 250mm. Can accommodate pitches up to 300mm.
■IP67 waterproof specification acquired
It can also handle temporary flooding caused by torrential rain or typhoons. Even if the lens part is damaged, the waterproof performance will not be affected (it is designed to be waterproof even without a lens, but this is not an appropriate way to use the product, so please replace it immediately).
■Design specifications that prevent light fluctuation from occurring
Adopts a CRD circuit that can provide a constant current to the LED even when the voltage is not constant. Phenomena such as signboard illumination repeating brightness and darkness, blinking, or remaining dimmed can be avoided.
■ Constant voltage DC24V power supply drive
At a time when other companies are using constant current to pursue luminous efficiency, we purposely adopted a constant voltage drive method. It improves safety and reduces the number of costly external power supplies, contributing to lower total manufacturing costs.
■Safety and high durability
Adopts an aluminum substrate to achieve amazingly low heat generation. Adopts a bypass circuit that will not interfere with other lighting even if one module fails, and uses flame-retardant material (the lens part is made of self-extinguishing material) to minimize damage even in the unlikely event of failure. .
■Create dividend chart
We can provide a payout diagram that is suitable for the thickness, size, and shape of the signboard. Dividends can also be made from Illustrator format, PDF files, CAD data, and copies of drawings.
