About This Product
As board mounting density increases, double-sided reflow is becoming the standard. During the flow process for retrofitted parts after double-sided reflow, we provide high-quality flow pallets that protect mounted parts from heat, prevent board warping, and achieve reliable soldering.
Features
■High precision
We provide high-quality pallets that take into account solder jets and process openings that allow for good solder flow, correct component lifting and board distortion, and consider pallet strength around large openings and multiple openings. (FPC rigid-flexible compatible also available)
■Functionality
We use a heat-resistant composite material as the base material, which is lighter than metal materials. It is also compatible with highly versatile multi-adjust carriers, local flow soldering, automatic soldering, etc.
■Durability
Compared to general Teflon coatings, the superior ceramic Tough Heat coating improves durability with approximately twice the heat resistance, approximately 10 times the thermal conductivity, and approximately 4.5 times the film hardness. (Also available in aluminum/stainless steel/magnesium materials)
■Workability
Boards can be loaded efficiently by using a turn clip that can lock and release the board by flipping it 90 degrees, and a tension plate that holds down the discarded board section from above. It increases efficiency and contributes to cost reduction.
■Maintenance
Pallets that come into direct contact with products affect board quality. We also offer cleaning agents that can quickly remove residual solder and flux from the edge of the opening.
