■Summary
A slew drive is an assembly (component) of a worm-type swivel ring and worm shaft sealed in a housing. Since it has an integrated structure, it is possible to reduce the cost of the swing mechanism by simplifying the design etc.
In addition to transmitting rotational torque, they can also load large axial and radial loads and moments, so they are widely used in a variety of industries. Among them, it is most famous for use in tracking solar power generation systems, and is useful for reducing the cost of rotation equipment.

-The raceway and tooth surfaces are hardened, resulting in high hardness and rigidity.
- Components are anti-rust treated to withstand 1,000 hours of salt spray testing.
- Dustproof and waterproof performance meets the international standard IP55.
・Long product life has a service life of 30 years.
- Has a self-locking function.
・We have various specifications and a wide range of product lineups.
・Rotation accuracy is ±0.1°. (A high-precision type is also available separately.)
・Environmental heat resistance temperature: -40 to 80℃
- Maintenance requirements are minimal.
-Can carry higher loads and moments than other companies' products in the same field.
- As an option, there is a grease with a service life equivalent to 8 times of normal grease.
■Example of use of swing drive
Solar tracking equipment, wind power generation, aerial work vehicles, hydraulic equipment, cargo handling vehicles, excavation/lifting equipment, lifts, crane boring equipment, etc.
