About This Product

■Accomplishments

Continuously processes approximately 8 to 100 tons of wastewater per day. *Assuming continuous operation for 8 hours a day.

■Sludge filtration/dehydration

The floc (sludge) coagulated by Super Namit has good dewatering properties, and the following is recommended for filtration and dewatering. 1) Easiest method Put the "flexible container for draining" into a coarse-mesh basket or leave it hanging, and then pour the sludge into it and let it dehydrate naturally. Dehydrate overnight and pressurize this if necessary. *Special flexible containers for pressurized dehydration are also available. 2) Use a belt-type vacuum dehydrator *Special products are available. Please consult us. 3) Paper filter method Sludge is continuously supplied to an automatically conveyed 30-40 micron nonwoven fabric (predetermined width) and filtered.
