■ About solar cell modules

・ Low -reflection high permeability hot glass Uses a "low -reflective high permeability enhanced glass" that can capture sunlight firmly into the cell. The surface is an AR coat * (reflection prevention film) that suppresses loss due to reflection. * AR Coat = Anti-Reflective Coated (reflection prevention process) ・ 2EVA sheet (top) * The EVA sheet uses a highly permeable material that enhances light absorption. You can transmit more light to the solar cell cell in the lower layer. * Ethylene acetate copolymerization resin (sealing material) ・ Solar cell cell It uses a high -quality cell that has cleared the strict inspection, and can be expected to output more than the nominal output value. ・ EVA seat (bottom) We use materials with high preventive use of ultraviolet rays. ・ Weather resistant back sheet Protects cells from damage such as high heat and ultraviolet light of sunlight. ・ Aluminum alloy frame The frame uses an aluminum alloy "AL-6063-T5" *, which is also used for architectural sashes and other intensity and corrosion resistance. * 6063 is an international aluminum alloy name, and the 6000s are AL-MG-SI alloy. T5 is a ton -quality symbol, indicating artificial aging after high temperature processing to cooling.
