■Easy to use
Imagine jacking up a car. This is the key to jacking up. By moving the operating handle up and down (pumping), the intermediate shelf rises and presses it against the top plate for press cutting. *Pumping is an operation similar to pumping up water from a well.
Easy one-shot cutting with a 4-ton POWER hydraulic machine
■Standard open height
Depends on the selection of 19mm Swedish steel Thomson type (BIKU type H23,6mm). The standard specification is a press machine for cutting die cutting, and depending on the die to be used and the thickness of the cut workpiece, the customer can set it or let us know the die and the thickness of the cut workpiece, so that cutting can be done with a minimum of pumping operations. We will make adjustments before shipping.
■Open height adjustment range
The lifting stroke (vertical movable range) can be set up to a maximum of 80mm according to the intended use.The open height can be set up to a maximum of 100mm. If it's too thick to fit in or you want to make the open height higher, it's possible.
■Cutting thick workpieces like sponges (workpieces)
After applying pressure, you can freely adjust the pressing time for various types of crimping between thick workpieces.

・You can easily make small batches of boxes and envelopes as you can also cut stacks of paper.
