About This Product
Foil-type vehicles have been widely used for transporting ready-mixed concrete for a long time in the United States, but there were complaints that they could not be used on slopes or soft ground. In addition, stickers prohibiting the transport of ready-mixed concrete are prominently displayed at construction machinery leasing and rental shops both in Japan and overseas, so I asked myself why there were no dedicated vehicles, which led to the creation of ``Concrete Sand Man.''

Since it is a crawler type, it has excellent traversal performance on soft and sloping sites. In addition, it exhibits high speed as a crawler with a maximum speed of 8 km/h, and can be operated standing or walking depending on the situation at the site of use.

Equipped with a 22-horsepower high-performance gasoline engine, it nimbly navigates confined spaces.

The vehicle body has been made compact with a width of 900 mm, making it easier to maneuver, considering use in indoor sites.
■Easy discharge with newly developed resin bucket and dump angle of 90 degrees
In order to improve the discharge of fluids such as fresh concrete, the maximum dump angle is 90 degrees, and the newly developed resin bucket is a deep box that allows for good separation of ready-mixed concrete and greatly reduces cleaning time. In addition, resin buckets do not have to worry about corrosion due to transportation of strongly alkaline ready-mixed concrete compared to iron shipping boxes.
■Easy operation with HST system
Since the vehicle uses the HST system, it is continuously variable, and can smoothly move forward, reverse, and turn left and right by operating a single travel lever.
■Fully open engine cover
The fully open engine cover allows for easy daily engine inspection and refueling. In addition, the fuel tank has a capacity of 20L, which is sufficient for long hours of work.
