One-man work is possible with a radio-controlled winch. The ``Yamabiko'' is a highly powerful 1.2 ton loading forest work vehicle with one side fully loaded that won the Forestry Agency Director General's Award. Wet-type disc brakes and dry-type multi-disc clutches have been adopted to improve durability and maintainability. We have also thoroughly pursued the durability of the frame. Features
■Various functions of Yamabiko radio control system
Equipped with a variety of functions such as a dry run safety device, a load warning device, and a self-diagnosis system with a fault information storage device. In addition, the radio control can be used continuously for about 10 hours, which allows it to be used for a long time.
■Equipped with low noise and high power engine
Equipped with a water-cooled 2-cylinder diesel engine with a maximum output of 12.5 horsepower, it achieves low noise and high output.
■Stable running with swing wheels and long ground contact length
Adoption of swing wheels reduces running vibration and allows for smooth overcoming of obstacles. Additionally, by increasing the number of crawler links, front and rear running stability has been improved.
■Improve body strength
For the BY1204, we have reviewed the strength of each part of the body based on user feedback, and are working to increase the strength of parts that are particularly stressful, such as the center pole and side poles of the cargo bed.
■ Comfortable work with a wide range of vehicle speeds
You can choose the appropriate work speed with a rich number of gears: 4 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds. In addition, the side clutch is a wet disc brake, which allows turning with light operation.
■Easy operation with centrally located levers
By centrally arranging the levers for the travel control system and winch control system, the movement of the line of sight is reduced and operation is made easier. In addition, the levers that were around the footwells have been moved, resulting in flat footsteps and a greater degree of freedom in driving posture.
■ Efficient work with the irregular winding prevention device and drum stopper
The winch drum is equipped with a winding prevention device to prevent the wire from digging into the wire. In addition, by equipping the drum stopper, overrun during dry pulling is suppressed and the winch wire is less likely to wind up in disorder.
