■ Overview The highly heat -resistant putty "pyropate 2400" is used as a heat -resistant sealing agent or a repair putty for metal parts. Because it is a soft putty, it can be poured with a dispenser. It is also used as an adhesive when attaching a thermo couple or other sensors to the engine -related casting parts. The color is dark gray. If you need a high viscosity, use pyropate 653. ■ Characteristics The "pyropate 2400" is a low -viscosity paste filled with stainless steel powder. Can be applied to. A paste with a single liquid and heat -resistant impact, it does not decompose even at high temperatures. In addition, it is based on water and does not contain volatile organic compounds. ■ How to use After applying, dry at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours, then bake at 93 ° C for 2 to 4 hours to curb. Machine processing and painting are possible after curing. Before curing, it can be removed neatly with hot water and soap. ■ Application example Used for stickers and repair, and exhausted examples include exhaust manifolds, mufflers, and catalyst converters.
