Model Description
■ Overview The main component is carbide and alumina, and high -purity is arranged on the binder. The maximum heat resistance limit of the graphite protective coating agent "Graphgard" is 1,000 ° C, while "Graphicard S" is a high temperature range exceeding 1,000 ° C and is used to prevent the graphite oxidation. The usage is the same application coating as "Graph Guard". ■ Characteristics -The heat resistance limit of the generated film is 1,400 ° C in an oxidized atmosphere and 1,500 ° C for intermittent intermission. -The film is hard, has some wear resistance, and is a high -so -called infrared radiation rate. ・ It can be used in various graphite and ceramic. ・ It is easy to apply in water -based paint. ・ The gas released is water and ethanol, and the gas release completion temperature is 600 ° C. ■ How to use ・ If there is dirt, free powder, or incidental coating, remove it completely. If possible, destroy the surface with sandpaper. ・ The graph guard sinks firmly on the bottom, so stir well and make it uniform. Please use the undiluted solution. ・ The coating is painted, usually performed once or twice, and finally finished to 0.1 to 0.2 mm thick. Please note that if you apply too thickly, cracks may occur in the drying process. ・ After coating, dry at 60 to 90 ° C for about 2 hours. When performing a second coating, the first film is completely dry and then coated. ・ After the film is completely dried, heat it at 300 ° C for 30 minutes for 30 minutes to the film that is hard and does not dissolve in water. This process is not required when used in a hot and dry atmosphere immediately after drying. ・ Wash the containers and tools used for application with water.
