Model Description

The heat -resistant maximum limit is 1,000 ° C, one -juice and black water -based paint, so you can easily coat with a brush. The generated protective film is firm and has some abrasion resistance, so it extends the life of graphite products and reduces costs. There is no conductivity. ■ Use Please use it to prevent oxidation of graphite products as follows. Larch, graphite, dice, liner, shaft, support, support, retainer, lamb, electrode, gout outlet, etc. ■ How to use ・ If there is dirt, free powder, or incidental coating, remove it completely. If possible, destroy the surface with sandpaper. ・ The graph guard sinks firmly on the bottom, so stir well and make it uniform. Please use the undiluted solution. ・ The coating is painted, usually performed once or twice, and finally finished to 0.1 to 0.2 mm thick. Please note that if you apply too thickly, cracks may occur in the drying process. ・ After coating, dry at 60 to 90 ° C for about 2 hours. When performing a second coating, the first film is completely dry and then coated. ・ After the film is completely dried, heat it at 300 ° C for 30 minutes for 30 minutes to the film that is hard and does not dissolve in water. This process is not required when used in a hot and dry atmosphere immediately after drying. ・ Wash the containers and tools used for application with water.
