Model Description
■ Overview A low viscosity liquid with aluminum phosphate as the main component. Applying and spraying a master seal is applied and dried, then forms a glass -like film to cures and seals the surface. Used for porous ceramics, soft ceramic surface curing (seals), lock wool and glass fibers to prevent free and scattering. The maximum heat resistance of the film is 1,600 ° C. * This is the successor to the conventional "Master Seal". ■ Use ・ Lock wool and glass fibers used in the insulation plate are used and prevented. ・ Sealed holes of porous ceramics. ・ Casting the surface of the soft ceramics. ・ In containment of powder generated from the surface of the ceramic board. ・ Improving the wear resistance of ceramics boards and increased strength. ■ How to use ・ Apply a brush on the processing surface, or coat it so that it will be uniformly uniform with dipping or spray. When spraying, use it with 50 to 100 mesh before using it to prevent clogging. ・ Please dry it completely. When you are in a hurry, it promotes drying at a temperature of about 90 ° C. Please note that if you set it to 100 ° C or higher before drying, you may cause blister or cracks due to remaining moisture. ・ If it is completely dried, it will be cure at a temperature of 370 ° C or higher. However, this cure process can be omitted immediately after drying in a high temperature and low humidity atmosphere. * It is recommended that you check the processing method and curing in part of the test or part of the processing surface before the actual performance. * It cannot be used for materials that do not penetrate hard water, such as metal and glass plate. * Remove crystals that harden and do not re -distribute to the bottom of the container.
