Model Description
■ Overview It is a cream -colored ceramic coco tinger made from dirconia as a main component, and functions to prevent exhaustion by enhancing ceramic, graphite and oxidation. The undiluted solution and the generated film are cream colors. It is a water -based paint, can be used in application and dipping, and when heated to 350 ° C, it becomes a hard film that is strongly adhered. ■ Characteristics of the film ・ The heat resistance maximum is 1,800 ° C. ・ It is not wet with molten metal. ・ It has wear resistance. ・ Excellent chemical resistance. * Zet coat is not suitable for metal coating due to acidic. ■ Use ・ Reinforcement and oxidation of the latter. ・ Cover or impregnate porous ceramic to sticks from surface curing, fusion, and molten metal. ・ To prevent the surface of the cast ceramic surface and cracks. ・ Ceramic fiber blankets, boards, felt curing and coating for stickers. ・ For low -density -resistant bricks and fire -resistant board reinforcements. ・ To reinforce the compressed molding of ceramic fiber. ・ For oxidation of graphite (graphite) and adhesion of melting metal. ■ How to use ・ Completely remove the oil, powder, and garbage attached to the coating surface. If possible, destroy the surface with sandpaper. ・ The zet coat sinks firmly to the bottom, so be sure to stir from the bottom and make it uniform. ・ Cover once or twice with brushing or dipping. When applying twice, apply the first time after the touch is dry. Please note that if the membrane is too thick, it will easily crack. ・ It takes 2-4 hours to dry completely. Or bake for 1-2 hours at 90 ° C. ・ If you heat it to 350 ° C or higher after drying, it will be harder and stronger. (If heated to 100 ° C with insufficient drying, it may cause blisters or cracks). ・ Wash the used equipment with water. * If you use it in a spray, crush it in a mortar or the like, or filter it with a net of about 50 to 100 mesh before use.
