Model Description

■ Overview Metal Clean Aqua is a strong water -soluble degreasing / detergent of non -ion surfactants. High -concentration surfactants hold oil to prevent re -adhesion. Used at room temperature and has the same powerful degreasing and detergency as chloride solvents. All metal cleaning, non -combustible, odorless. It can also be used for metals and painting parts with resin and rubber. No special equipment such as forced ventilation is required for use. It can be diluted and used with water, has a high degree of durability and reduces the processing cost. ■ Characteristic ・ Use it for degreasing washing of steel materials and SUS parts. It does not affect general plastic, rubber, or paint part. ・ Because it does not contain a solvent, there is no harm to the human body by the absorbor of the work. In addition, it is non -combustible and easy to store and management. ・ High detergency is high, and cleaning costs can be significantly reduced. Aluminum, zinc, tin, copper alloy, etc. have the risk of discoloration and cloudiness of the surface. Please perform the confirmation test before use. ■ How to use ・ For general degreasing of iron steel material, dilute 5 to 10 times with water (adjusted with oil on the oil), soak the treatment for about 5 to 15 minutes, and rinse well with water. ・ If there is a lot of grease such as grease, rub it with a umbrella or brush before immersion. ・ Ride enough until the foam disappears. ・ For metal cleaning that does not require strong degreasing power, use it 10 to 80 times with water according to the purpose. ・ If there is a water poppy after washing with water, it is a sign of deficiency. Update the solution to a new one. * If a lot of oil is dissolved, the degreasing power will be reduced, so please perform regular updates instead of adding. * Avoid long -term immersion, as the metal is immersed for a long time, as oxide film may be formed on the metal surface and stain may be generated. ■ Precautions for use When using it, please wear rubber gloves, protective glasses, protection, etc. When you get into your eyes, wash well with running water. When you enter your mouth, please easily rinse. Please do not use it for industrial purposes. ■ Treatment of waste liquid Ask for processing from an industrial waste company that is handling alkali waste liquid.
