■ Overview The "Call Paint CP4050" is a highly heat -resistant coating agent and is mainly used for protective coating of high temperature pipes and power resistors. ■ Characteristics The "Call Paint CP4050" is a green one -liquid type and is a coating agent based on ceramic -silicone. It is excellent in adhesion to metal, glass, and ceramic surface and high -temperature oxidation. It is also resistant to a wide range of acidic solutions, heat shock, salt water spray, ultraviolet rays, etc. Insulation destruction has the performance of 285VDC/MIL and is used for protective coating of power resistors. * Call paint CP4000 series includes black, aluminum, gray, white, red, blue, yellow, brown, orange. ■ How to use The "Call Paint CP4050" has a low viscosity of 500 to 750 CP, so it can be applied with brush, rollers, spray guns, etc. Since the powder is sediment, stir well before applying. After applying, leave it at room temperature (25 ° C or higher) for 24 hours or harden, or burn at 232 ° C for 1 hour or at 249 ° C for 45 minutes. The standard thickness of the coating is 25 to 40 microns when drying. In addition, using sandblast and call prefrap CPR2000 for the groundwork can provide stronger adhesion.
