■ Overview The "Call Paint CP4040" is a highly heat -resistant coating agent and is used mainly to increase the reflection efficiency of the hot -temperature UV lamp of the sunburn booth. ■ Characteristics The "Call Paint CP4040" is a white one -liquid type and is a coating agent based on ceramic -silicone. It is excellent in adhesion to metal, glass, and ceramic surface and high -temperature oxidation. It is also resistant to a wide range of acidic solutions, heat shock, salt water spray, ultraviolet rays, etc. Insulated destruction 310 VDC/MIL is used for protecting motor winding. * Call paint CP4000 series includes black, aluminum, gray, green, red, blue, yellow, brown, orange. ■ How to use The "Call Paint CP4040" has a low viscosity of 400 to 900 cp, so it can be applied with dash, rollers, spray guns, etc. Since the powder is sediment, stir well before applying. After applying, leave it at room temperature (25 ° C or higher) for 24 hours or harden, or burn at 232 ° C for 1 hour or at 249 ° C for 45 minutes. The standard thickness of the coating is 25 to 40 microns when drying. In addition, it is a water base, so please do not degrease completely. Using sandblasts and call prefrap CPR2000 for the groundwork can gain stronger adhesion.
