The "Call Paint CP2050" has excellent adhesion on the metal surface, so it has an excellent protection effect. It has a wide range of resistance to chemical drugs and is effective for the following: Jet fuel, diesel fuel, gasoline, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, alcohol, toluene, xylene, etc. It is also resistant to heat shock and is resistant to salt water spray and ultraviolet light. The "Call Paint CP2050" has three types, the CP2050-LF is a film-reinforced type, the CP2050-FF is an LF smoothness improved type, and the CP2050-NF is a acid-resistant type. ■ How to use The "Call Paint CP2050" mixes the main agent and the curing agent with a weight ratio of 1: 1. The mixed viscosity is relatively expensive, so apply it with a iron or sponge hake, etc. The pot life is about 40 minutes, so please mix only the required amount and install it quickly. After applying, leave it at room temperature for 48 hours to harden, or bake at 79 ° C for 4 hours. One coating membrane thickness is 1.3mm as standard. In addition, using sandblast and call prefrap CPR2000 for the groundwork can provide stronger adhesion.
