"Seramabond 865" is a highly heat -resistant ceramic adhesive with a filler of aluminum nitride. It is used for adhesion of ceramic, metal, semiconductor, etc. that require high heat resistance and high heat conductivity.
■ Characteristics
The "Seramabond 865" is filled with aluminum nitride, a water -soluble one with potassium carium as a binder, and does not contain organic solvent.
■ How to use
"Seramabond 865" can be easily applied with spatula, brush, syringe, etc. To harden, dry at room temperature for 1 to 4 hours, then bake at 93 ° C for 2 hours at 93 ° C, 2 hours at 177 ° C, and 260 ° C. Before curing, it can be removed neatly with hot water and soap.
