■ Overview The high -heat -resistant ceramic adhesive "Seramabond 552" is an adhesive mainly made of alumina as a filler, and is used to adhere to the tip of the sinterer and gun that requires high heat resistance and the electrical / mechanical assembly part. It is suitable for metal such as molybdenum, tungsten, etc. with small expansion coefficient, as well as ceramic and glass bonding. ■ Characteristics "Seramabond 552" is a single -liquid ceramic adhesive filled with alumina in inorganic binder. "Seramabond 552" is based on water and does not contain volatile organic compounds, so it is safe in terms of environment. It is also resistant to most acids, solvents, and molten metals. ■ How to use To curb, it is fired after evaporating water for 1 to 4 hours at room temperature. The firing is fired at 93 ° C for 2 hours and then 260 ° C for 2 hours. ■ Application example It is widely used, from ceramic gaskets to electrical insulating sensors, high -output resistors, gas ignition devices, impellers, and extermination gas devices used in metal melting processes.
