"Seramabond 503" is a new type of heat -resistant ceramic adhesive / coating agent, and is regularly used for adhesion and sealing of thermo couples used in high temperature range.
■ Characteristics
"Seramabond 503" is an inorganic heat -resistant adhesive filled with alumina fine powder. Because it is an inert and chemical -resistant material, it does not occur even in Takamasa. In addition, it is excellent in insulation, and the insulation power is 171 VOLTS/MIL (room temperature).
■ How to use
Be sure to stir the contents and make it uniform before use. "Seramabond 503" can be easily applied using a brush, spatula, or syringe. After bonding / coating work, the surface is dried so naturally that the surface is dried for 1-2 hours, then 2 hours at 93 ° C, 260 ° C., 2 hours at 370 ° C. 2 hours.
