"Seramabond 569" is a new type of heat -resistant ceramic adhesive, which is mainly used for the adhesion of ceramics and metal parts used under ultra -high temperatures, coating and adhesion of the platinum resistance heater and Aruna tube.
■ Characteristics
"Seramabond 569" is a 1 -liquid white paste with a completely inorganic ingredient filled with alumina. It is widely used for adhesions such as ceramics, metals and crystals.
The shrinkage rate after curing is small, it is strong in mechanical stress, and is excellent in moisture resistance and heat resistance shock, and the assembly of ignition devices, thermo couples, oxygen analysis sensors, gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, high -pressure vacuum devices, etc. It is used general -purpose.
■ How to use
"Seramabond 569" can be easily applied with brush, syringe, or automatic dispenser. After applying, dry at room temperature for 1 to 4 hours, then bake at 93 ° C for more than 2 hours and harden. Even at room temperature (25 ° C), it will harden in 24 to 48 hours if you apply a small amount, but please apply heating to thickness and coating to a wide area.
