It can also be used for metals that do not respond to acids. ・ Because the inorganic binder is used, if it is fired, out -gas will be gone and it can be used in vacuum. ·Incombustibility. Because it is water -soluble, it can be diluted with water. ■ Use ・ As a ceramic type, graphite type release agent used at ultra -high temperature. -In high temperature, vacuum, ceramic parts, spatters for graphite parts, etc. as masking for adhering and vapor. ・ As an adhesive prevention agent for melting metal to ceramic, graphite, radle, liner, etc. ■ Note ・ Because the liquid is acidic, wear protective gloves, protective glasses, and protective clothing to avoid contact. Especially when spraying, be sure to wear an acid -resistant mask to avoid inhalation. ・ It cannot be used for metals such as iron or aluminum corroded with acid. Even if you do not corrode metal, it may be a problem due to the terms of use, so it is recommended to test it. ・ Please note that if you apply too thickly, it will be easier to crack. ・ For lubrication type below 800 ° C, use a nitride -based whity paint with better lubricating performance.
